A great base for sightseeing in Harrogate. The bed was extremely comfy to sleep in. In general very clean property though it had cold bathroom.

Location was enjoyable, steps away from commercial street, staff was impeccable nonetheless we didn't see much of them. Easy check in, very good service too. The breakfast was varied, included eggs and cheese. Stunning views, clean pool, good parking.

We didn't feel like leaving, would recomand. The neighbourhood was shopping. The owner was helpful, thank you for everything. Late check-out. Liked views towards the city.
